Oh, Joy! Sweet Joy!

There are many things that fill my heart with joy, but few as much as hearing a child singing praises to our Lord.

Oh, the joy that filled my heart one evening this week!

The house was actually quiet except for music on KLOVE playing in the background.

I was working in the kitchen getting supper ready.

Daniel was in the living room playing a game on his Nexus and Sarah was on the floor coloring.

That’s when I heard the sweet soft voice.

Sarah singing along with the song on the radio.

This song stirs my soul each time I hear it and I can’t help but join my (off key) voice in praise.
